Network forums

AHRI Networks are groups of HR professionals that share your interests!

Networks are run by AHRI members that volunteer their time and expertise to expand the scope of knowledge in particular HR topics.

Connect with like-minded HR professionals at local and specialist networking forums to grow your knowledge and professional network.

AHRI Networks run a mix of local in-person events and online events to provide you with the chance to connect with your HR community.

How do they work:

Each network is led by a convenor whose role is to work closely with AHRI to organise a range of activities including network forums. The activities of AHRI network forums can vary, and depend on each group’s interests. Typically AHRI Networks plan and host events and discussion forums, and contribute to the content of AHRI’s state and national conferences.

Below is the list of scheduled network forums. For all of AHRI’s upcoming eventsview the events calendar.

Network Forums Frequently Asked Questions

AHRI Network forums are another avenue for AHRI members to earn CPD points. AHRI members receive CPD points (per 1 hour) for Network forums that include a speaker or discussion on a HR topic. Networking events usually do not attract CPD points.

AHRI members who pre-register and attend an In-person Network forum will have their CPD record updated automatically when they check-in with the QR Code. Members who pre-register and attend an Online Network forum will have their CPD record updated automatically after the event.

Many online forums are recorded and made available to people who registered for the event, usually the following day.

Online forums are scheduled regularly. The timing for each online forum is dependent on the availability of the speakers, and the state or Territory hosting the event. Please check on the registration page the time zone for individual events.

Network Forums: All AHRI members can attend Network Forums free-of charge. Non-members who attend in-person Network Forums in regional areas can also attend for free. Non-members will be charged a fee to attend all online forums and in-person forums held in metropolitan area (excluding Darwin & Hobart).  All prices include GST.
