Speaker: Natasha Warwick (She/Her) – Chief People Officer – Canberra Data Centres
Natasha Warwick joined CDC in 2020 and was appointed Chief People Officer, a position created to develop, promote and implement CDC’s people and culture strategy in support of the company’s significant growth objectives.
With more than 30 years’ experience in the ICT, mining, energy, transport and government sectors, Natasha has successfully delivered people strategy, organisational design and transformation, employee relations, talent, leadership and capability development for a number of large, global organisations.
Natasha’s committed and strategic approach to talent acquisition and employee development has driven substantial growth in the organisations she supports and has earned her a reputation as a strong people leader and trusted executive advisor.
Natasha holds a Bachelor of Arts from La Trobe University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety from the University of Melbourne.
Speaker: Janet Wilson (She/Her) – Executive Group Manager, ACT Public Service Future Workforce Strategies – ACT Government
Meet Janet Wilson, your go-to expert in HR with a wealth of experience in the public service, consulting and tertiary sectors. Janet is a maestro of diversity, leadership and talent strategy, with a magic touch for change management and workforce transformation.
An AHRI Fellow and proud UC Alumni, coupled with post graduate qualifications in psychology and leadership. Oh and did we mention she’s a certified executive coach? Get ready to soak in Janet’s knowledge and experience at our event
Speaker: Jackson Oliver (He/Him) – Senior Associate – Scyne Advisory
Meet Jackson Oliver, a talented HR professional and proud UC Alumni. Jackson is passionate about understanding how people and organisations can create shared value, enriching the employee experience and helping businesses become employers of choice.
Jackson’s experience spans employee experience, early careers programs, governance, innovative ways of working and more, garnered from diverse roles in HR, Strategy, Change and Communications.
Jackson leads the Industry Based Learning Program, the same initiative that launched his HR career. Jackson is all set to share his insights and experiences at our upcoming event.
