The Academic Pathway (AP) offers experienced and senior academics an opportunity to become a Certified Academic HR, in recognition of their professional contribution to HR thinking and knowledge, through academic research and/or teaching.
Showcasing your academic contribution
This pathway allows eligible senior academics to showcase their research, teaching excellence and industry engagement through
- Preparation and submission of a portolio of evidence demonstrating their contribution to research and/or teaching practice mapped to theAHRI Model of Excellence (MoE)
- Including stakeholder support in the portfolio submission
- Interview with a subcommittee of the National Certification Council before presentation to the NCC.
Certified Academic Membership
合格的候选人成功完成Academic Pathway towards HR academic certification are awarded by the NCC one of two levels of certified academic membership or non-certified level of academic membership. Click the links below to view the criteria for each level:
- Fellow Certified Academic HR (FCAHR) or
- Certified Academic HR (CAHR).
