Informed decision making to foster equitable workplaces

Understanding and effectively utilising diversity data is essential to fostering equitable workplaces and making informed decisions. What gets measured gets done.

Undertaking intersectional and multifactorial analysis of diversity data helps to build your data literacy, considering the human experience behind the data, reasons for resistance in data collection and identifying key equity issues.

This session will empower HR and DEI professionals with the knowledge and tools to harness the potential of data effectively by understanding, interpreting, and ensuring the integrity of diversity data.

Drawing on lived experience, they will explain how we can harness the opportunities that lie within all organisations to ultimately foster a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
