Kavi Arusu is a talent and organisational change specialist who loves to play at the intersection of people, technology and organisational change. With over two decades of corporate experience in multi-cultural environments, both in MNCs and Indian organisations, Kavi works with a wide network of practitioners around the world. Beginning his career in sales and marketing before choosing to specialise in leadership, talent, organisation development and change.

Tracey Lake is responsible for leading the Great Southern Bank People and Culture strategy to build future capability and drive a high-performing, networked organisation. Tracey’s experience covers both strategic and operational aspects of human resources including recruitment, talent management, change management, learning and development, employee engagement, OH&S, restructures and integrations. Great Southern Bank’s strong values and desire to give back to customers attracted Tracey to Great Southern Bank.
William Smith-Stubbs is the Chief Executive Officer of Mettlesome, a design studio turned ventures lab, with non-profit heritage. William is a World Economic Forum Global Shaper and Davos Annual Meeting panelist, Obama Foundation APAC Leader, Global Good Fund Fellow, and winner of the Jude Bugeja Mental Health Week award. Founding Global Talent for the UNLEASH Innovation Lab in Denmark 2017, innovation facilitator for the Singapore and Shenzhen labs.
