Speaker: Tanya Heaney-Voogt, Mentally Healthy Workplaces Specialist
Tanya Heaney-Voogt is a mentally healthy workplaces and safe and effective leadership specialist supporting organisations to implement mentally healthy work practices, drive complex change, transform workplace or team cultures and build high performing teams.
Prior to establishing her consulting practice five years ago, Tanya had a 25+ year career in senior leadership, people and culture, and change management. Tanya holds an MBA (Deakin), is a qualified and credentialed workplace and leadership coach (ICFACC), a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and Certified Trainer & Coach in Leader Factors Four Stages of Psychological Safety program. She is currently studying a Master of Business Psychology and credentials in Work Redesign.
