She has a strong passion for working in community focussed organisations and during her career has worked within the commercial as well as within the not-for-profit sector. She loves working with people and truly believes that the Right People are an organisation’s biggest asset.

Shaun is an influential leader with over 20 years’ experience in operational, human resources and development leadership roles in both the commercial and social services sector. He is passionate and committed to applying his expertise in leadership, coaching, continuous improvement, and facilitation to deploy solutions to drive strong people and business performance. Shaun completed AHRI’s Certified Practitioner Certification in 2020 and holds a Bachelor of Science, Diploma of Human Resource Management, and a Cert IV in Training & Assessment.
