Attracting & Retaining staff through the APS EVP

November 9 @ 5:00 PM-7:00 PMAEDT

Free - $20.00
ACT State Council Network
Join us for a night of all things Employee Value Proposition (EVP)!

One of the biggest challenges for employers in the aftermath of COVID-19 is the ability to attract and retain talent. Against the background of a fiercely competitive labour market, organisations must demonstrate their employee offer in a compelling and authentic manner to win the war for talent.

In part 1, listen to members of the APSC Future of Work Taskforce share their approach to developing an EVP for the Australian Public Service (APS) and their plans for implementation and evaluation. The team will share key insights and data they gathered along the way, across various APS and broader labour market data sources.

In part 2, engage in conversations with the APSC Future of Work Taskforce and other practitioners over drinks and nibbles, discussing all things EVP. Use this time to delve into any topics of particular interest to you – be it research, co-design or implementation!

Regardless of what industry or level you are at, you will gain insights into how the APSC Future of Work Taskforce built their EVP and how to replicate the process to build an EVP for your workplace.
